The reception and everyone.. Overall stay was good. The chinese girl who took my breakfast order and delivered to my room was super friendly and helpful. It's a shame I forgot to ask for her name. A bit disappointed that there is very limited time and choices for room service closes at 3pm, only limited to some local dishes. Breakfast would be served to the room. While ordering, i was also limited to one small portion although the lady in charge was kind enough to provide extra bread.
The first morning the breakfast was prepared well. Very delicious. On the second breakfast the food tasted just average, like an amateur cooking. The order was wrong as well. Overall the room was clean and nice, brightly lit. Aircond cold. I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the hotel. With helpful staff, good food and comfortable room. What more can i say, everything is almost perfect!
Mohd F. Enjoyed a short getaway amidst this pandemic. Toilet tissues paper box is empty. Water pressure is low. Working desk deco file are all worn out. At 9pm changed to another room. Bath tub ceiling lights not working.
Room service breakfast was alright. A very nice and comfortable stay. The room is quite big and friendly staff to help in check in and check out procedure. Zamzuri Z. I checked in after 10pm. Upon check in, the hotel was dark as there is no other guest to be expected on the day. Upon entered the room, I can see that the floor carpet was NOT vaccum properly.
There is still dust or white debris on the carpet. I dont even dare to walk on the carpet with my bare foot. I have to wear the in room slipper provided. Due to low occupancy at this MCO moment, I am not sure how long has the room not being occupy. Shower room need to improve as after shower water will flow out to the bathroom door which make the area flooded. Thank you for great hospitality by Pullman Bangsar.
It continues to remain the top in my list. The executive lounge team led by Tracy and her team -Dennis,Hazlinda, Chase Wong and Chelsea has did an excellent and extraordinary service. Kudos to the team! Looking forward to the next stay at this hotel again. Also, the welcome fruit this time was very fresh and good quality.
Great customer service and clean facility. We spent 7 days with our 2 kids who are 15 and Both enjoyed facility and good food. Great experience for them with local delights as we were from Fiji.
